081 - Mortal Kombat II, Dir. Simon McQuoid
Mortal Kombat (2021) was an unexpected hit and good time. The fans wanted a few things changed but It's safe to say it was far and above what was expected after the 1997 disaster.
Mortal Kombat II gave fans more of what they wanted but at the sacrifice of the little story that made the 2021 film so unexpectedly great. MKII has more Kano, some excellent Johnny Cage, and more fights between destined characters (and a few deaths!). What was your take on it? Visit the Youtube page to leave a comment or leave on here.
